Reporting hate/bias incidents in Centre County: If this incident is happening or just happened, on or off campus, call 911. If this incident happened in the past, call the police at the appropriate number listed. For on campus PSU police: 814-863-111. For State College Borough, College, and Harris Townships: 814-234-7150. For Ferguson, Patton, and Halfmoon Townships, or if unsure whom to call: 1-800-479-0050. For Benner Township: 814-355-7545. For Pennsylvania State Police: 814-355-7545. Here are tips for when you make the call: Identify any witnesses to officer. Quote exact wording that happened during incident.
